Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide continuous medical care to patients and support hospital operations. The RMO will work in shifts, including day and night, to ensure round-the-clock patient monitoring, emergency response, and clinical support to consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical care to inpatients and attend to emergency cases during assigned shifts. Conduct patient rounds, monitor vital signs, and assess clinical progress. Write treatment orders, prescriptions, and investigation requests under consultant guidance. Assist in medical procedures and coordinate patient care with nursing staff and other departments. Handle on-call duties, respond to emergencies, and ensure smooth shift handovers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety, and confidentiality standards. Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives regarding treatment and progress.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

MBBS/BHMS degree from a recognized medical institution. Valid registration with the respective medical council. 0-2 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers can apply). Willingness to work rotational day and night shifts.
