About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Residential Medical Officer (RMO)

to join our healthcare team. The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to inpatients, assisting consultants, and ensuring effective clinical management within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Provide continuous medical care and supervision to admitted patients. Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patient progress. Attend to medical emergencies promptly and provide initial stabilization. Assist consultants during patient examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, case sheets, and reports. Ensure timely communication of patient conditions and updates to consultants and nursing staff. Oversee medication administration and review treatment plans as required. Support discharge procedures and ensure follow-up instructions are properly communicated. Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control policies, and ethical medical practices.

Requirements

MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or respective State Medical Council. Prior experience as an RMO or in an inpatient/ICU setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
