Conduct regular ward rounds to monitor patient progress and report to consultants.
Carry out doctors' orders and ensure proper implementation of treatment plans.
Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as per hospital protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, case sheets, and progress notes.
Communicate effectively with consultants, nurses, and paramedical staff for coordinated patient care.
Ensure proper handover of cases during shift changes.
Educate patients and families regarding the plan of care, treatment, and follow-up.
Support infection control and safety standards within the ward.
