Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Patient Care & Monitoring



Attend to all OPD, IPD, and day-care patients under the supervision of IVF consultants. Monitor pre- and post-procedure patients (e.g., oocyte pick-up, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy). Manage patient admissions, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation. Conduct patient rounds and update consultants on patient condition.

2. Procedure Assistance



Assist senior doctors in IVF procedures, ultrasound scans, and minor OT procedures. Ensure readiness of operation theatre, procedure rooms, and equipment before every procedure. Coordinate with nursing and embryology teams for case scheduling and patient preparation.

3. Documentation & Compliance



Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely entries in EMR or case sheets. Ensure compliance with PCPNDT, ART, ICMR, and other regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and internal reviews as directed by management.

4. Coordination & Communication



Liaise with laboratory, nursing, and admin teams for smooth patient flow. Communicate clearly with patients and their relatives about treatment protocols, post-procedure care, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,783.15 - ₹30,424.11 per month
