Job Description

& Responsibilities:

Provide

round-the-clock medical support

and care to patients. Monitor

patients' health conditions

, record symptoms, and update medical records. Assist in

diagnosing, treating, and managing psychiatric disorders

under senior doctors' supervision. Ensure proper

medication administration

and treatment compliance. Respond promptly to

medical emergencies

and coordinate with specialists if needed. Maintain

patient safety, hygiene, and well-being

in the hospital. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver

holistic patient care

. Educate patients and families on

treatment plans and mental health awareness

Requirements:

BHAM / BHM qualification

Experience in Psychiatry or Mental Health (preferred)

Ability to work in a

24x7 hospital setup

Strong communication & patient management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
