The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, managing TPA-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with ECHS and CGHS protocols. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in clinical practice and administrative processes related to Third-Party Administrators (TPA).
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Conduct routine and emergency medical assessments.
Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including diagnosis and treatment.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
TPA, ECHS, and CGHS Coordination:
Handle documentation and file work related to TPA, ECHS, and CGHS.
Liaise with insurance companies and government health schemes for claim processing.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documents.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations.
Participate in audits and quality assurance activities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and nursing staff.
Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Medical degree (MBBS and/or BAMS) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state council.
3 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to TPA, ECHS, and CGHS processes.
Proficiency in medical documentation and understanding of insurance claim procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Desirable Attributes:
Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions promptly.
