MBBS degree from a recognized institution; valid registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
Experience:
0-3 years of hands-on hospital practice, preferably in wards, critical care, emergency, or general medicine.
Role
Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency medical care, support consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Patient care delivery: Diagnose, treat, and monitor patients across wards, ICUs, and OPDs.
Emergency response: Attend to urgent cases promptly, stabilize patients, and escalate to specialists when required.
Clinical procedures: Perform routine medical interventions and assist in complex procedures under consultant supervision.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: Coordinate with nursing, radiology, pharmacy, and allied departments for integrated patient care.
Documentation & compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment histories and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
Continuous monitoring: Conduct regular rounds, follow up on treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
Policy adherence: Uphold infection control, patient safety, and ethical standards in all clinical practices.
Skills : Strong clinical judgment, ability to work under pressure, effective communication with patients and staff.
