: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location:

Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Centre

Department:

All Departments (ICU, Emergency, OPD, IPD, Wards)

Reporting To:

Consultant / Deputy Medical Superintendent

Qualification:

MBBS / BAMS (as per hospital requirement)

Experience:

1-3 years (Freshers may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

Provide round-the-clock medical support across all departments including ICU, Emergency, OPD, IPD, and General Wards. Conduct patient assessment, monitor vitals, and ensure timely clinical intervention. Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and patient care activities. Maintain accurate and updated patient case sheets, treatment records, and progress notes. Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with senior consultants for critical cases. Ensure proper medication administration as per consultant instructions. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patient attendants, and other medical teams. Support smooth admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH norms, and clinical safety guidelines. Coordinate with TPA/Insurance/Documentation teams when required.

Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle emergency situations. Good communication and patient-interaction skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Knowledge of hospital protocols and safety standards. Team-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.

Morning / Evening / Night

Weekly Off:

As per hospital policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
