Job Description

Direct Patient Care:

RMOs are involved in diagnosing and treating patients, including providing medical care, performing routine procedures, and assisting in emergencies.

Monitoring and Treatment:

They monitor patients' conditions, ensuring that treatments and medications are administered correctly, and adjusting care plans as needed.

Initial Assessments and Vital Signs:

RMOs conduct initial assessments, take medical histories, and track vital signs.

Fluid, Medicine, and Treatment Administration:

They administer fluids, medicines, and treatments as prescribed.
2. Documentation and Communication:

Maintaining Medical Records:

RMOs keep accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Communication with Patients and Families:

They communicate with patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and other relevant information.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

They collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and support staff.
3. Emergency Response:

Responding to Emergencies:

RMOs are trained to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.

Coordinating with Emergency Teams:

They work with emergency teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth operations.
4. Other Responsibilities:

Ward Rounds:

RMOs often participate in ward rounds with consultants to assess patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans.

Supervision and Mentorship:

In some settings, RMOs may also supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and other staff.

Administrative Tasks:

RMOs may also be involved in administrative tasks, such as issuing attendance and discharge certificates.

Pay: ₹22,430.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
