Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine (MCIM).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients in the hospital wards.
Assist in managing emergency and OPD services as per hospital protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records of all patients.
Ensure timely documentation of patient history, examination, treatment, and progress notes.
Coordinate with consultants and department heads regarding patient care.
Participate in clinical meetings, case presentations, and audits.
Monitor patients under Ayurvedic and integrative treatment and report changes promptly.
Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained.
Skills & Attributes:
Clinical expertise in Ayurveda and basic modern medicine emergency care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
Able to handle OPD/IPD independently if required.
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts including night duty.
Emergency on-call duty as assigned.
Experience:
0 to 3 years (Freshers with good clinical acumen can also apply).
Remuneration:
As per institutional norms and experience.
