Job Description

To provide comprehensive and high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring timely diagnosis, management, and support for critically ill patients.

Perform initial assessment and continuous monitoring of ICU patients. Lead the ICU team in daily rounds and treatment planning. Manage ventilators, central lines, dialysis, and other life-support interventions. Ensure accurate documentation and patient records. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and physiotherapists. Provide guidance to junior doctors and nursing staff. Communicate with patient families regarding treatment and prognosis. Ensure infection control and ICU protocols are strictly followed. Handle medical emergencies within the hospital if needed. MBBS BHMS [ HAVING ICU EXPERIENCE ] Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making. Team leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures. Emotional resilience and ethical conduct. Rotational shifts (including nights/weekends) On-call duties as per roster/as well ambulance on call duty .

Pay: ₹18,753.24 - ₹60,000.00 per month
