The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to inpatients, assisting consultants in patient management, and handling medical emergencies. The role requires clinical competence, prompt decision-making, and adherence to hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to admitted patients under the guidance of consultants.
Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patients' clinical progress.
Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment as required.
Assist consultants during procedures, investigations, and patient management.
Ensure proper documentation of case sheets, progress notes, consent forms, and discharge summaries.
Coordinate with nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals for patient care.
Order and interpret routine investigations and initiate treatment accordingly.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Counsel patients and their relatives regarding treatment plans and progress.
Participate in night duties, shifts, and on-call rotations as assigned.
Maintain ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
Registration with State Medical Council / NMC mandatory
0-3 years of experience preferred (freshers may apply)

Rotational shifts including nights and weekends
