. The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to in-patients, handling medical emergencies, coordinating with consultants, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting smooth clinical operations to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. To provide comprehensive medical care to obstetric patients during labour and delivery, ensure continuous clinical monitoring and management, handle emergencies, and support consultants in achieving safe maternal and neonatal outcomes while adhering to clinical quality standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

MBBS

License:

TCMC Registration

Experience:

0 - 1 year

Preferred:

Prior experience in specific area (Labour Room, OBG)

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of obstetrics, labour management & emergency handling. Neonatal care and resuscitation ability Empathy, patience, and effective communication. Strong decision-making & problem-solving. Team collaboration and time management.
