Medical Officer Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Patient Examination:

Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.

Treatment Planning:

Develop and implement effective treatment plans, considering patient conditions and medical guidelines.

Emergency Response:

Respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with emergency teams.

Collaboration:

Work closely with healthcare teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure integrated patient care.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, recording patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Patient Education:

Communicate effectively with patients, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
