Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with a BAMS qualification

to oversee inpatient care, provide round-the-clock medical support, and ensure smooth clinical operations within the facility. The RMO will be responsible for patient assessment, routine medical management, and coordination with senior consultants.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

Conduct initial assessment, daily rounds, and continuous monitoring of patients. Provide primary medical treatment and manage routine and emergency cases. Maintain detailed patient records, treatment charts, and progress notes. Support procedures as required and ensure timely follow-ups.

Clinical Coordination

Coordinate with senior doctors, specialists, nursing staff, and diagnostic teams. Ensure proper execution of treatment plans as advised by consultants. Facilitate smooth communication between departments for patient care.

Emergency Management

Attend emergency cases promptly and initiate first-level care. Provide stabilization and coordinate for further management or referral if needed.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate and updated medical documentation. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical protocols, and safety standards. Support audits and quality checks when required.

Qualifications & Skills

BAMS degree from a recognized university. Valid registration from the relevant medical council. Prior experience as an RMO or medical officer (preferred but not mandatory). Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Good communication and patient-handling ability. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary will be only between 15k - 20k based on Experience
