Jangam Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate
Resident General Dentist
to provide high-quality dental care in a modern two-chair dental practice. The ideal candidate should be confident in routine dental procedures, committed to patient-centered care, and able to work independently with professionalism and empathy.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Provide general dental procedures including:
Restorations (fillings)
Extractions
Root canal treatments (single & multi-root preferred)
Scaling & polishing
Prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, dentures)
Basic pediatric dentistry
Manage dental emergencies and pain relief cases.
Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilization protocols.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Patient Care
Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused dental care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Build strong patient relationships to support clinic growth.
Clinic Operations
Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor and maintain dental equipment and materials.
Support practice development activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
BDS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid dental registration/license.
0-5 years of experience (freshers with strong clinical skills are welcome).
Strong diagnostic ability and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a two-chair setup.
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, resident position (timings can be specified).
Competitive salary based on experience.
