Job Summary

We are seeking a

full-time Resident General Dentist

to join our energetic and patient-focused team. We are looking for a compassionate dentist who is eager to provide high-quality dental care, build strong patient relationships, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral conditions Deliver general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care Place and restore dental implants under supervision Manage patient treatment plans and follow-up care Provide patient education on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care Collaborate closely with specialists and support staff for coordinated care Ensure all treatments meet safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Utilize digital dental technology, including intraoral scanners, digital x-rays, and practice management software Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development opportunities Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operatory and clinic environment Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients Contribute to practice growth by building lasting patient relationships and encouraging preventive care

Basic Salary: 30000+incentive
