WE'RE HIRING - RCM (Oil & Gas)

Position: Resident Construction Manager (RCM)

Location: GAIL India Ltd, USAR - Lambodara Heavy Lifters(Alibag)

Experience: 7-15 Years (MUST be in Oil & Gas Projects)

Salary: ?50,000 - ?90,000/month (All taxes included)

Reporting To: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of large-scale oil & gas construction projects

Drive site activities from planning to handover

Ensure safety, quality, timelines & compliance

Manage teams, subcontractors & client coordination

Handle budgeting, procurement & risk management

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

Proven 7-15 years' experience in Oil & Gas construction

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, safety & regulatory norms

Skilled in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools

PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
