Civil Construction Projects in the Oil & Gas Sector

Position:

Resident Construction Manager / Construction In-Charge

Location:

HPCL, West Bengal

Qualification:

Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum

10 years

of relevant construction experience

Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Minimum

15 years

of relevant construction experience

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage all on-site civil construction activities
? Handle

sub-contractors, vendors, and material management

effectively
? Coordinate with

clients, consultants, and internal teams

to ensure smooth project progress
? Oversee

project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control

? Prepare and review

bills, work schedules, and progress reports

? Ensure

quality, safety, and timely completion

of all construction works
? Implement and monitor project execution as per approved plans and specifications
? Maintain clear communication and documentation for all project stakeholders

We are looking for a

proactive and result-oriented leader

with strong technical knowledge and managerial skills to drive project success in the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,574.82 - ?60,000.00 per month
