Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of i) Resident Architectural Expert is the key position in these BIDs
Missions/Main Duties:
Lead and oversee the architectural design and implementation of railway and metro stations, including those in urban rail transit systems. Ensure that architectural designs comply with project specifications, relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for all project components. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers, to ensure integrated and cohesive design solutions. Supervise the quality of architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship on site. Provide creative input to enhance passenger experience, accessibility, safety, and sustainability in station and ancillary building designs. Address and resolve architectural issues arising during construction, ensuring solutions align with project objectives. Monitor progress and quality of construction, ensuring adherence to the approved design intent and overall project schedule. Advise clients and project leadership on architectural trends, innovations, and risk mitigation strategies. Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and project staff.
