Job Description


Responsibilities: Assist customers in making reservations for accommodations, transportation, or other services. Provide information about available options, rates, and amenities to help customers make informed decisions. Process reservations through reservation systems or booking platforms. Confirm reservations and provide customers with booking details and itineraries. Handle customer inquiries, modifications, and cancellations in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Stay updated on promotional offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage customer engagement. Resolve issues and concerns raised by customers regarding reservations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Hospitality or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Reservation Agent with a minimum of 2 years in hospitality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with reservation systems and booking platforms. Skills: Reservation Processing: Assisting customers in making reservations through various channels. Customer Service: Handling inquiries, modifications, and resolving issues professionally. Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Preferred: Certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality. Experience with specific reservation software or platforms.
