Handle Ecommerce and Corporate/Relocation travel inquiries for European cities through calls and emails, effectively upselling services using strong consultative sales skills.
Maintain regular communication with serviced apartment partners across Europe to negotiate the best available rates for each inquiry.
Manage and convert leads into confirmed bookings, contributing to both individual and team sales targets.
Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer queries and complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT) via calls and emails.
Identify and pursue new revenue-generating opportunities to help achieve company targets.
Handle weekly payment processing for serviced apartment suppliers in accordance with booking and contractual terms.
Support supply chain activities- Property Listings, Identification of new potential serviced apartment company for any remote location, Connect and review of supplier performance on monthly basis.
Ecommerce Segment:
Liaise directly between partners and guests, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
Corporate/Relocation Segment:
Coordinate between partners and internal sales teams, providing comprehensive property details and support within TAT.
Eligibility Criteria -
4 to 5 years of experience in
travel sales (International Process) or reservations
Preferably from the
Hotel/ Travel/ Hospitality industry
Having experience of both B2B (Corporate) and B2C queries
Excellent communication, sales acumen and presentation skills
High energy levels, good analytical & problem solving skills, positive attitude.
Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
Should be a team player
Should be comfortable with afternoon shift
