Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and messages from potential guests.
Provide accurate information about villa availability, pricing, and amenities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Maintain and update booking records on CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experiences.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, bookings, and occupancy.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a telecalling, reservations, or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage.
