Job Description

We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join our team, having relevant experience of at least 7 - 8 years. This is a strict target driven role.

Key Deliverables

? Receive and log enquiries for short term accommodation

? Ensure conversion of the enquiry into a qualified booking

? Apprise the guest on the nooks and corners of the property (including location, layout, pricing, meals)

? Give the guest and idea of their entire stay with a key focus on guest experience

? Work in sync with the operations team to manage schedule/calendar

? Be in touch with the operations team to ensure deliverables promised to the guest

? Manage enquiries offline through social media, references and online on Airbnb

? Create booking confirmations and update confirmed booking details on MS excel

? Manager distribution across various OTAs through a Channel Manager

Requirements

? Good communication skills

? Super efficient with MS Excel and Word

? Listing experience on Airbnb, MMT.

? Experience with a channel manager is plus

? Knows how to welcome, say a big Hi!, Be a great host!

? Should have an eye for detail

? Comfortable working across various shift timings

? Ability to thrive under high pressure targets is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
