Reservation Manager:
The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the resort's reservations department to maximize room revenue and occupancy while ensuring excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the reservations department ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings.
Manage online and offline reservation channels (OTA, website, travel agents, direct bookings).
Ensure timely responses to guest inquiries
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Monitor occupancy trends and adjust rates or allocations accordingly.
Manage room inventory and coordinate with Sales and Front Office.
Ensure all guest requests and preferences are recorded and communicated to
Ensure all reservation data is updated and accurate in the Property Management System (PMS).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
5
-6 years of experience
in reservations,
Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
Experience working in a
luxury or boutique resort
environment.
