Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, online platforms, or walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
Update and maintain the reservation system and daily booking charts.
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested by guests.
Coordinate with front office and operations teams to ensure special requests are fulfilled.
Maintain accurate guest records, including personal preferences, special occasions, or VIP status.
Provide guests with relevant information such as pricing, availability, services, and policies.
Follow up with guests to reconfirm bookings and provide pre-arrival assistance where needed.
Assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
