About the Role

We are seeking a

dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Executive

to manage and streamline the end-to-end reservations process for boutique hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure a smooth booking experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations through

OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels

. Handle

guest communication

professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate booking data in

PMS systems

and OTA extranets. Ensure property listings, rates, and availability are consistently updated. Develop and maintain

SOPs, email templates, and process documentation

. Review guest correspondence for accuracy, tone, and service quality. Coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests. Prepare and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports

Candidate Profile

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in

reservations or front office

within the hospitality sector.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with

PMS systems

and OTA extranets (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb). Strong command of

MS Excel

, Google Sheets, and email correspondence.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus). Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
