Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree 0-1 year of experience in hotel reservations Strong communication skills in

English

Hindi

Malayalam


Required Skills and Experience:



Solid understanding of

hotel reservations

and

inventory management

Proficient in managing and optimizing property listings on OTA platforms such as

Airbnb

,

Agoda

, and

Booking.com

Hands-on experience with

channel management software

Background in

online sales

and

business development

Proven

leadership capabilities

with the ability to guide and motivate a team Competence in

coaching team members

effectively through call monitoring and providing constructive feedback Skilled at handling

challenging customer interactions

and resolving

escalated issues

Energetic,

self-driven

, and able to think creatively Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English

and

Malayalam


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
