We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Reservations Consultant
with a background in the travel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, booking travel arrangements, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to reservations via phone, email, or online platforms
Make and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services
Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and itinerary options
Modify or cancel reservations as requested by customers, adhering to company policies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, destinations, and promotions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support
Process payments and ensure accurate documentation of bookings
Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions
Achieve individual and team targets related to sales and customer service metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in reservations, travel consulting, or customer service.
Working knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience in travel and tourism or related industries.
Knowledge of additional languages.
