Reservation & Ticketing Executive

Job Description
- Ticket Issuance on all Major GDS.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ticket issuance.
- Handling reissuance & cancellations.
- Helping clients with travel advice & information.
- Refund and penalty on GDS Galileo
- Create PNR on GDS Galileo
- Make RA\'s for cancellation
- Handle ADM\'s exchange , full & partial refund on GDS Amadeus, Galileo & offline from Airlines
- Should be well versed with any of the GDS (Amadeus ,Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo etc)
- Day shift
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have knowledge of Amaedus ?
- Ticketing (Preferred)
