Handling data entry, payment, collection, and verification
Troubleshooting travel-related issues
Offering information on flight schedules and policies
Maintaining a calm demeanor during peak travel times
Skills and qualifications
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge and hands on experience on GDS Tools like: Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre and others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
