Key Responsibilities:

Handle international and domestic flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets as per customer requests Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare rules, waiver requests, or special requirements Maintain accuracy while working with multiple PNRs and fare calculations Resolve customer queries related to flights, fares, baggage rules, and cancellations Ensure ticketing and documentation is completed in a timely and error-free manner Maintain customer and travel agent relationships with prompt communication and service Work closely with senior consultants and sales staff to support the overall booking process Keep up to date with airline policies, fare changes, and travel advisories
