We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team. As a Reservation & Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations and ticketing for our clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, as well as providing excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of reservations and ticketing for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Keep up-to-date with airline, hotel, and other travel industry policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservation and ticketing, preferably in the travel industry - Knowledge of airline and hotel reservation systems - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software - Fluent in English and local language(s) We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
