your primary objective is to be responsible for managing and facilitating all reservations. Your objective is to assist customers, answer inquiries, process reservations accurately, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to build strong client relationships
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to create customized travel packages
Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and attractions
Prepare accurate travel quotations and negotiate pricing and terms
Process reservations accurately, ensuring all details and special requests are recorded
Maintain up-to-date reservation records, availability, and customer data in the system
Handle reservation issues, changes, and disputes professionally and efficiently
Communicate confirmations, modifications, and cancellations clearly and promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maximize sales opportunities
Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, honesty, and transparency at all times
Prepare and submit regular reports on reservations, customer interactions, and performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism Management or
Diploma in Tourism Management and Business Administration
At least 3 years experience in the Tourism & Hospitality Industry, customer service or reservation related role is preferred
