Profile Summary Position: Reservation Manager Experience: 2-6 years Job Location: Dehradun,Mussoorie Job Type: Full Time Salary: 15k to 25k per month (includes PF, ESIC) Profile Description The candidate would be responsible for management of entire sales & reservation related process of the Hotel. This requires to be done through effective communication over email, phone and in-person meetings, primary stress being on Email and Phone communications. The candidate also needs to effectively manage different Sales Channels - most important being Online Travel Agents, and Offline Travel Agents. The candidate would require to explore and contact other offline sales channels like Travel Agencies and Corporates, and co-ordinate for all reservation related queries. Duties & Responsibilities - - handling day to day reservation queries through email and phone - preparing and sending price quotations to potential customers as per their query and company defined prices - follow up on reservation queries and sent quotations for conversion - follow up on payments for reservations made in advance as per company policy - monitor and manage OTAs, and maintain healthy relationship with the respective OTA market manager - keeping all OTA listings upto date with latest info, amenities and pictures - monitoring rate and inventory updates on all sales channels using software tool (Djubo) - co-ordinate for listing on new OTAs - co-ordinate with B2B & B2C Travel Agents over phone and emails for new tie ups and day to day reservations related enquiries - monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with Front office and other operations teams Qualification Criteria - sound written communication skills - should be able to draft impressive and grammatical error free emails for sending quotations and answering client queries - good command over spoken english for fluent conversation with potential clients - should have knowledge of entire Reservation Procedures of a Hotel - experience of working on a software to manage reservations would be added advantage - well versed with basic computer operations specially MS Excel, MS Word - Min. qualification to be High Shool. Graduation/PG/Diploma in Hotel Management would be added advantage - prior experience of managing reservations process and OTAs will be added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
