The Reservation Executive will handle client and agent booking requests, prepare quotations, confirm reservations with suppliers and hotels, maintain records, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and accounts for tour arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle booking requests through email, phone, or online platforms.
Prepare accurate tour quotations and itineraries as per client/agent requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides, and other service providers for confirmations.
Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
Follow up with suppliers for booking status, special requests, and service quality.
Support the Sales team with rates, availability checks, and itinerary planning.
Ensure timely communication with clients/agents about booking status and changes.
Verify supplier invoices and forward for accounts clearance.
Handle complaints or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently.
Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems regularly.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of domestic/international destinations (as per company focus).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field).
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in reservations, operations, or travel coordination.
Experience with
B2B DMC operations
will be an added advantage.
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM - 7.00 PM (as per company policy)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
