Processing reservations through the hotel's booking system or property management system (PMS). Ensuring accuracy in reservation details including guest information, room preferences, and special requests. Handling cancellations, modifications, and re-bookings in accordance with hotel policies. Managing room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue. Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and front desk to ensure seamless guest experiences. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Anticipating guests' needs and preferences to personalize their experience and exceed their expectations. Resolving any issues related to reservations, billing, or accommodations effectively and efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and payments. Generating reports on sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue projections. Coordinating with accounting and finance departments for billing and invoicing purposes. Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and industry trends.
