Job Description

We are hiring a Reservation Executive for our resort with sales and marketing background.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of reservation inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and resort amenities. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences. Provide personalized assistance to guests, offering recommendations and information about resort services, activities, and local attractions. Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and third-party booking platforms. Monitor OTA listings to ensure accuracy of information, rates, and availability. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and drive direct bookings.

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1 - 2 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in reservation. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external partners. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive sales. Fluency in languages (Malayalam, English, Hindi)
