Key Responsibilities
Handle reservation requests via phone, email, website, and walk-ins
Enter, update, and maintain reservation details in the system
Confirm bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately
Provide information on availability, pricing, packages, and policies
Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams
Ensure maximum occupancy/revenue through upselling and cross-selling
Resolve customer queries and complaints related to reservations
Maintain records and prepare daily reservation reports
Follow company policies and service standards
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Sales and negotiation skills (preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Travel, or related field (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in reservations or customer service
Experience in hotel/airline/travel reservations is an advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
