Key Responsibilities:
Manage room reservations via calls, emails, and online portals
Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams
Maintain accurate booking records and reports
Handle cancellations, amendments, and special guest requests
Ensure maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate in Hospitality or related field
1-3 years of hotel reservation/front office experience
Knowledge of PMS/OTA systems preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
