We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify potential leaders, and support the sales process. The Sales Calls Executive plays a key role in shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through our service offerings to ensure high lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
? Receive and respond to incoming sales calls professionally and promptly.
? Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions effectively.
? Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales channels.
? Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead progress in CRM software.
? Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or in-person meetings as necessary.
? Support the sales team by preparing call summaries and client briefs.
? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
? Handle initial objections and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, coworking, managing office services, or B2B sales.
Multilingual abilities (optional, based on market requirements).
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot will be
