Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
Process reservation modifications and cancellations in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy of reservations details and customer information.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill specific customer requests.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any booking issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of reservations and customer communications.
Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
Upsell additional services and packages where appropriate.
Stay updated with the latest information about services, pricing, and promotions.
