Job Description

The Reserva on Assistant will be responsible for managing all backend reserva on opera ons,

ensuring that room inventories, rates, and bookings are accurately maintained across all pla orms.

This role involves close coordina on with the Front O?ce and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest

check-ins and accurate repor ng, without handling direct guest calls.

Key Responsibili es:

? Manage and update room availability, rates, and content across all OTA portals

(Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.).

? Process all bookings, modifica ons, and cancella ons received through OTAs, or website.

? Coordinate with the Front O?ce team to ensure accurate room allotments and guest details.

? Maintain and update records in the Property Management System (PMS).

? Prepare daily reserva on reports, occupancy forecasts, and revenue summaries.

? Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all booking channels.

? Monitor booking trends and highlight anomalies or overbooking risks.

? Maintain accurate guest data and ensure confiden ality at all mes.

? Liaise with the finance team for advance tracking, payment follow-ups, and reconciliaOTA bookings.

Qualifica ons & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.

? Excellent wri en and verbal communica on skills in English and Hindi.

? 1-2 years of experience in hotel reserva ons or OTA backend management preferred

(freshers with good computer skills may apply).

? Strong computer and Excel skills; familiarity with PMS and OTA extranets preferred.

? Detail-oriented with strong organiza onal and data management abili es.

? Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
