The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling room reservations for the resorts marketed by Travio Hospitality. The role involves managing online and offline bookings, coordinating with resort teams, and ensuring smooth communication with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Maintain up-to-date room availability and pricing information.
Coordinate with resort front office and sales teams to confirm bookings.
Respond promptly to guest queries and requests with professionalism.
Ensure accurate data entry in reservation systems and CRM tools.
Assist in generating booking reports and sales summaries.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Tourism / Business Administration preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Malayalam preferred).
Knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) is an added advantage.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, Excel).
Customer-service-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
