A Reservation Executive manages bookings for travel, hotels, or events, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate entry into systems, processing payments, and resolving issues while upselling services and coordinating with other teams for seamless guest experiences. Key duties involve confirming availability, managing changes/cancellations, maintaining data, and achieving revenue targets through excellent customer service and communication. Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management*: Process reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for flights, rooms, tours, etc.. Customer Interaction*: Respond professionally to inquiries, provide information, and build relationships with clients via various channels. System Operations*: Accurately input and update booking details in reservation software and online platforms. Sales & Upselling*: Promote and sell additional services, packages, and products to meet revenue goals. Coordination*: Liaise with other departments (front desk, housekeeping, airlines) for smooth operations. Problem Solving*: Handle complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. Data Management*: Maintain detailed customer records and ensure data accuracy.
