A Reservation Executive manages bookings for hotels, flights, or events, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service by handling inquiries, processing payments, updating systems, and coordinating with other departments for a seamless guest experience, focusing on maximizing occupancy/sales and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Booking Management:Process, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.

Customer Service:

Answer inquiries, provide accurate information on rates/availability, resolve complaints, and offer solutions.

System Operations:

Accurately input and maintain data in reservation/Property Management Systems (PMS) and track bookings.

Sales & Promotion:

Upsell services, promote packages, and develop business opportunities.

Coordination:

Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and other departments for smooth operations.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on reservations, cancellations, and revenue.
Essential Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Attention to detail & organization. Problem-solving & conflict resolution. Proficiency with reservation software (PMS). Sales orientation and customer focus.
Typical Environment:

Hotels, airlines, travel agencies, or event venues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
