Canary Islands Resort & Spa, Lonavala is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Reservation Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations across multiple channels, and ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bookings via phone, email, OTAs, and WhatsApp
Provide accurate information on rooms, packages, and promotions
Upsell room categories, spa services, and special add-ons
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Spa for guest requirements
Maintain accurate reservation data in the PMS system
Assist with group bookings and resolve reservation queries
Requirements
1-3 years of hotel reservations or front office experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.)
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and busy periods
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
