Joysuites Hospitality Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Reservations Executive
to manage OTA bookings, direct reservations, and ensure a seamless guest booking experience. The ideal candidate will handle reservations across multiple platforms, optimize room availability, and coordinate with the front office and revenue team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process reservations from OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.), direct calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of rates, availability, and promotions across all platforms.
Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining excellent customer service.
Monitor and analyze reservation trends to assist in revenue management strategies.
Maintain updated guest records and booking data in the property management system (PMS).
Resolve guest concerns related to reservations efficiently.
Generate and maintain reservation reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or revenue management.
Proficiency in OTA extranets, channel managers, and PMS (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and revenue optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹10,226.16 - ₹34,638.35 per month
