Process reservations through phone, email, and online booking systems.
Assist guests in selecting appropriate room types and packages based on their needs.
Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, special promotions, and amenities.
Ensure all bookings are accurately entered into the reservation system and are updated in real-time.
Guest Services:
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, offering assistance and answering any questions.
Manage special requests and ensure guest preferences are recorded and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
Handle complaints or issues regarding bookings in a professional manner.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the Front Desk and other departments (Housekeeping, Sales) to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Coordinate with travel agents and online booking partners to secure reservations.
System Management:
Maintain and update the reservation database, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Regularly monitor room availability, rates, and inventory across all channels.
Manage overbooking, cancellations, no-shows, and modifications efficiently.
Revenue Management:
Promote up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
Assist in optimising occupancy levels by managing reservations during peak periods.Reporting:Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.Provide feedback and insights on booking trends, guest preferences, and areas for improvement.
