The Hotel Mate:

The Hotel Mate is a hotel booking platform that connects travelers directly with hotels, charging only a 10% commission on confirmed bookings. It helps hotels maximize revenue, reduce OTA dependency, and maintain full control over pricing and inventory with real-time updates.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations through our online platforms, coordinating with hotel partners, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service in the travel and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hotel reservations through the company's OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform. Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations. Resolve booking-related issues promptly and maintain high service standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system. Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system. Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations. Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling services and upgrades to enhance revenue.
